AL-ANON FAMILY GROUPS The Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of men, women, and children of all ages and backgrounds whose lives have been affected by the compulsive drinking of a family member or friend. Alateen, a part of Al-Anon, is for young people affected by someone else’s drinking. Whether or not the alcoholic has found sobriety, the family and friends can do a great deal to help themselves. On the First Saturday and first Sunday of each month, the meetings at Brown Street are open to students and professionals interested in learning more about Al-Anon. The Brown Street Al-Anon Meeting Room is located at the end of the hallway on your right when you enter the front door.
